Swim or Run? Why choose one when you can combine the two together? 4 Islands Swimrun is a cross-disciplinary race unique to urban environments, first held in St. Petersburg in 2022. It is a two-day festival of sport and healthy lifestyle, where running and swimming alternate over the course of the race. And, of course, it features a full cultural and entertainment program, because this is St. Petersburg.
